Product warranty:
1. All vitreous China products carry a 1 year warranty from date of purchase.
2. All taps and fitting carry a 1 year warranty from date of purchase.
3. Automatic sensor products carry a 1 year warranty from date of purchase.

Conditions:
1 This warranty applies only to the original purchase
2 The following will not be covered by warranty:
(a) Damage due to accident improper installation or handling, faulty repairs, alteration, abuse or misuse
(b) Damage due to natural disaster, abnormal electrical power abnormal water pressure.
(c) Installed, maintained or used other than in accordance with the Instruction furnished by COTTO
(d) Brass or gold plated fittings.(water quality may adversely affect Gold plating or the protective acrylic coating on brass)
(e) Cistern washers or rubber.
3 The purchaser shall be responsible for and shall meet all charges in respect of making the defective plumbing fixture accessible for repair or replacement and any labour, transportation, traveling or communication expense incurred.
4 The purchaser must produce proof of the date purchased when making a Claim.
5 Standard quality fixtures may contain unavoidable manufacturing imperfections of a minor character.
6 Easy-damaged paots carry as year warranty. such a rubber packing or outlet rubber.
